Virtual Mentoring Mondays

With the generous support of The City of Sydney, Virtual Mentoring Mondays are weekly virtual mentoring sessions for SECNA members only.

The objective of the session is to encourage community sourced insights and solutions to a challenge faced by a SECNA member.

This week’s SECNA member presenter: The Big Feed

Challenge: Prior to Covid we were expanding our business advisory services (supporting food and wellness business), employing/mentoring 2 trainees and about to recruit a business development manager. Due to the nature of their businesses, ALL of our clients were impacted by the lockdowns and we sadly had to let our employees go :( Now we are basically in startup mode again with a new focus and strategy!

Agenda:

  • SECNA team facilitates open and curious questions and/or advice from the audience

  • Wrap-up
