Kylie is a highly regarded social enterprise leader, advocate and changemaker.
Kylie joined SECNA in the part-time CEO role in November 2022. She brings a wealth of talent, passion and experience to this role. Her experience includes running award-winning social enterprise Green Connect for almost five years.
Kylie brings an authentic and collaborative voice to conversations with government and corporate partners, working together to build an economy that enables people and the planet to thrive.
Operations Lead
Carmel joined SECNA in the part-time Operations Lead role in July 2022. Carmel brings a wide range of experience in the not-for-profit sector, coordinating, connecting and energising people to work for positive change. Her experience encompasses operations, events, volunteer management and administration in a variety of contexts - with the common focus of making positive, authentic impact in the world.
Carmel recently discovered the incredible world of social enterprise and is looking forward to working alongside people with a passion for making a difference through sustainable organisations that prioritise people and the planet.
Membership Lead
Bec joined SECNA in the part-time Growth Lead role in October 2022. Bec brings a wealth of talent, energy and passion to this role. Her experience includes consulting, strategy development and corporate social responsibility, managing volunteers and collaborative initiatives that drive positive social impact.
In her role, Bec is focused on bringing as many social enterprises as possible on the journey to connect and engage us all across NSW & ACT, and to lift each other up as we go - sharing information, resources, connections and inspiration.
