Centre for Social Impact’s Roadmap to Social Impact

The Centre for Social Impact has released an updated, comprehensive, step-by-step guide to measuring the difference your organisation is making in the world. Their first version was published in 2021 and the latest version contains a wealth of information to help social enterprises, charities and purposeful businesses to:

3. Clarify program design

4. Understand what to measure and evaluate

5. Develop an outcomes measurement and evaluation framework

6. Collect data

7. Analyse data

8. Undertake knowledge translation

9. Embed evaluation and evaluative thinking

This document, the Roadmap to Social Impact, is a collaborative initiative of the Centre for Social Impact’s four partner universities: The University of Western Australia, Flinders University, Swinburne University of Technology and UNSW.
