The Impact Story Lab is not your regular coworking space - they offer " A co-working and creative space for changemakers, creatives, and community leaders — designed to support all forms of impact work, with storytelling at its heart.
They offer various options:
Resident Office - for a social enterprise or NFP that needs office space. Capacity 5 people with desks and chairs. $33K per annum
Resident Desks - for people wanting a permanent desk. $500 per month
Hot Desks - sold as a pack of 10 and available on Impact Coworking Days. $400 per 10 pack
Impact Story Lab Partnership Package - for SE's NFP's and BCorps: event and meeting room spaces - sold as a package of 3 events and 5 meetings (plus address, printing, discount add on bookings etc). $1850 per year OR $600 per month.
Cuppa
The Cuppa Co-Lab blends the warmth of a café with the professionalism of a studio vibe. It’s a versatile space that has been used for board meetings/AGM’s, panel conversations, interactive workshops, branded events & professional content creation. Seats up to 50 people with AV setup and fully wheelchair accesible.

Green Connect farm is an 11-acre property that uses permaculture and organic principles to grow fruits, vegetables and raise animals. They have a covered space onsite (The Hub) that can be hired out for meetings or events. Coffee and Tea service can be made available and the site has function kitchen for any prep attached. Base price: $400+GST
